What you will do

• Quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, civil and services drawings.
• Bills of quantities, tender pricing and unit-rate build-ups.
• Subcontractor and supplier quotes: request, compare, level.
• Cost planning, cost reporting and variation pricing during delivery.
• Keeping the rate library current.

You work in the client's systems on Australian business hours: an early Philippine start and a mid-afternoon finish. No night shift.

Who we are looking for

We are building a bench of estimators at every stage: one to three years, three to five, and five plus. Tell us where you are and we match you to the roles that fit.

• Construction estimating or quantity surveying experience. Australian projects are a plus.
• At least one estimating tool used on real projects: CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift or similar. Strong Excel. Procore and EstimateOne help.
• You can read a specification and price from it. ANZSMM, Rawlinsons or Cordell experience is a plus.
• Clear written and spoken English. You will talk with Australian office and site people every day.
• A reliable home office. Depending on where you live, we arrange a coworking backup site you can use when there is a power or internet outage.
